René-Yves Creston: decorative arts, purchasing and expertise

René-Yves Creston participated in the creation of Seiz Breur and in the design of the furniture for Osté in 1925. His work linked graphic arts to decorative arts and the design of living spaces.

Creations sought after

Drawings and designs for furniture, graphic works, decorative art objects and ceramics attributed to René-Yves Creston, accompanied if possible by their documents.

How do you document your play?

A drawing by Creston and a piece of furniture made according to his designs cannot be attributed to the same person. The artist's name, the maker's marks, and the role of the workshop are studied separately.
