Biography
Born in Yokohama in 1936, Ado Sato grew up in an artistic environment: his father, Key Sato, was a painter and his mother, Yoshiko Sato, an opera singer. He exhibited regularly in Japan from the early 1950s before developing a body of graphic and pictorial work.
